ICF Mentor Coaching
A Mentor Coach primarily supports a coach in achieving certification levels of coaching competency and building skills in the ICF Core Competencies.
There are two scenarios in which coaches need to complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching:
ICF candidates on the ACC ACSTH and Portfolio paths need to complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to applying for their credential.
ACC coaches who would like to renew their ACC certification also require 10 hours of Mentor Coaching.
As a MCC Certified Coach as well as a Certified ICF Mentor Coach, I’m excited to support you in this portion of your application or renewal.
While I tend to work 1:1, if you have a pre-formed group of up to 4 people you’d like to work with please let me know. Of the 10 sessions, 7 of them can be as a group and 3 must be individual. You can also complete a portion of mentor hours with me.
The rate for 10 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching is $2,000.
